Hi there.
Fun fact: I love being a leader.

I’m also a change-maker with two decades of experience in program management, organizational development, and global philanthropy. I enjoy exploring organizational cultures, solving problems, and bringing creativity and joy to workplaces worldwide.

As the daughter of refugees from Southeast Asia, I’ve learned that diversity and inclusivity are essential for thriving communities. With a mix of hope, bold risk-taking, and innovation, amazing things can happen. I’ve led projects that uplift communities with dignity and create lasting social impact. Fluent in French and Hmong, I truly value inclusivity and cross-cultural understanding, helping me connect with people from all walks of life.
